Mission Statement
Roo-Lan Healthcare Center provides quality resident care by passionate, dedicated and trained staff and volunteers.
We are commited to ensuring that safisfaction in the workplace is achieved, as the staff directly impacts the quality of care delivered to our residents.
Philosophy
All staff and management are trained to view resident care from the resident's persepctive to ensure quality care. Through a variety of assessment tools, staff will be able to define the specific needs, likes/dislikes, life practices, etc. of each residnet in order to individualize care planning and delivery of ancillary services.
Effective care planning, conferencing and reporting mechanisms ensure consistent twenty four (24) hour care to achieve quality of life.
