What We Provide

RooLan Healthcare Center provides quality assisted living and resident care by passionate, dedicated and
trained staff and volunteers to Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater and the surrounding areas.

We are committed to ensuring that satisfaction in the workplace is achieved, as the staff
directly impacts the quality of care delivered to our residents.

Philosophy

All Staff and management are trained to view resident care from the resident's perspective to ensure quality care. Through a variety of assessment tools, staff will be able to define the specific needs, likes, dislikes, and life practices of each resident in order to individualize care planning and delivery of ancillary services, effective care planning, conferencing and reporting mechanisms ensure consistent twenty four (24) hour care to achieve quality of life.
